REG question. Urgent help

I have a stock wgp reg and it pressure is at about 400 psi. I am playing in 2 hours so I need this question answered quick. How many turns should i turn the screw to drop it about 50 psi? I don't have a gauge that is way I am asking this question.

If you dont have a gauge how do you know its putting out 400psi?
