need help with leaky reg

ok so my tank is i believe an armegedon bottle with ignition reg the reg has began leaking out of that blead hole on the side and im wondering is it ok to lube the top o ring with dow 33 it looks like it had lube on it at some point, i have a tourney coming up and i dont think i have time to get a new reg

its leaking out of the asa when you screw it in?

if so... make sure the tank is screwed in ALL THE WAY, sometimes the pin depresses too early and causes this leak...

otherwise... its the oring... change it out... and yes, a light.. LIGHT... layer of lube on the oring and threads is

you've got gunk in your reg. I haven't worked on that brand - but you should be able to open it up and clean it all off. This may not fix the problem, you may need to replace the guts - but it's worth a try.

is some dow ok on the top half of the reg?
