HPA tank fill nipple

So I bought a new fill nipple off ebay, and it came in four parts...

1) The fill nipple itself
2) A small urethane o-ring
3) A pin with a head
4) a brass looking collar that is flared at one end

I'm assuming the o-ring, pin and brass collar form the back check valve, but I need to know what order and orientation (for the brass collar) these go into the back of the fill nipple. Anyone able to help?

The o-ring goes over the pin/post and the larger diameter/flared end of the brass ring sits on top of it.
