| Active Member | "Rockstar Tactical" Their Website As usual, Spec Ops let me down and their crappy customer service (and inability to order bulk items so that they aren't taken off the shelves) so now I am forced to look for alternative locations to purchase some things that I need. Honestly, all I need is a remote (slide check is not necessary) and the Endgame 3" barrel. I need these rather quickly (before the season is over, y'know) so I'm a little restless about waiting around for Spec Ops to bring in a new batch of them. Even if they do restock one item, I know for a fact they won't restock the other for quite a while. So...is this place legit? It looks pretty convincing...but the P.O. box just kind of screams conspiracy. I'anno. --Ruckus |

| Active Member | Haha. Okay...I take that as a no. =P Long story short--something like that happened to me once. Though it wasn't the site, it was a keylogger. I was using an out of date POS computer. Thankfully our credit card said "You live in South Dakota...why did you order that much coffee to...New York?" so they called us up and once we explained that we had never done such a thing, the charge was lifted and our credit card was abolished and replaced. Time to stick it to the man/Spec Ops and show them that I don't really need them to outfit this project gun. That's what they get for sitting around with "backordered items" and just ordering them when they feel that they have enough orders that are backordered. Feh. --Ruckus |

| MCB Member | I essentially stopped doing business with specops when DHL mis-delivered my q-loader and they failed to really do a follow-up besides a few phone calls, and also failed to refund my money (said they had to verify the package as lost). When DHL did the same thing to my Boeing 787 lego model set my parents sent to me for my birthday, Lego resent the set on their nickle promptly and with full apologies. Now, the loss was DHL's fault both times, but how the sending company handled it was different. SpecOps didn't do squat. LEGO did something and showed a desire to serve their customers. I'm going to go q-loader again when Noxx finishes my pneumag-rifle, but this time I'm ordering direct from the q-loader folks. If they screw up, I can talk to kodiak.
