Probably my last marker
Well I've pretty much played with every kind of pump under the sun and I'm not going back to semi anytime soon, so I'm thinking of dropping quite a bit of green on an ultimate pump marker. As I'm a spring return man (hence why I'm not a big sheridan or superstocker fan) I'm mainly looking at the Carter Buzzard and Chipley SS-25, looking at the SS-25 mainly. It will also get trik'd out looking at adding a stock, dual stabs, 13c.i. tank, lapco barrel kit and an aim sight. Looking to be done by X-mas. As this is probably the last gun I will purchase in a long time do you guys have any suggestions for maximizing the trik'dness? Suggestions on the valve, custom work, reg rigging will be much appriciated.
Save yourself some money and stick with only one stab. There is no reason if you are running hpa to go with more than one regulator on a pump gun.
Otherwise it sounds good.
Other than custom milling/anno, I'm not really sure. There are some multi colored transparent pump handles out there, if you're into colors. Also, you could make it pneu-assist. I've always been fond of that mod, and am almost ready to begin the project myself. There's an auto-triggering kit out there (CCM?). I guess you could always add a nice barrel (kit?) and a Halo, to throw the "agg" kiddies off. I'm sure you can also have the valve opened for better efficiency.
*Almost Forgot* The CCM 90* and the Jackal 90* frames are like liquid crack! I'm not sure if the SS-25 comes with the frame stock or as an option, but either way, make sure you have it!
The CCM frame is *86 not *90.
Sorry, I forgot to mention how much I hate hoppers.
I plan on running it SC.
Run your 12gram changer directly off the vertical adapter.
Who said anything about running 12grams? Go for the SC feed, keep a reg on the gun and a 13ci tank bottomline.
Here is pics of my SC Snipers with HPA... no 13 or 22 but a 45/4500.
