For me rec, only because I get out once in while. Overall I think it is a sport.

Next sport

Baseball, tied with broomball.

Have not played either for many years.

Me and my dad played it one winter. I managed to take him down once, we were running at each other (hes a fair bit larger then I well a lot larger then) I'm not exacty stupid so I went low. To say the least he went down.

Then I stayed away.

I would love to play it again, one of the best sports i've played for getting in shape also.

They're all just games or amusements. The traditional definition of "Sport", is if it kills you when you screw up, as in "Bloodsport".

1. Rec..I dont play enough to consider it anything els. Besides I am a scenareo player I have a chance to win a prize just by showing up

2. Bowling & Rockwall climbing. 2 things I can never do agian thanks to my shoulder. I will never agian sling a 16 lbs ball halfway down a lane nor pull my own ( admitedly increasing) body wieght up a wall. Well not with out the possibility of going back to the hospital or at the very least a week of excruiciating pain.

What is a sport? Any competitive team based activity where you loose all sence of limits or perspective and are willing to destroy your body and possible friendships along the way....

1. Recreation.. I'd like to participate in it as a sport, but that would only happen with a pump tourney series.

2. Paintball is #1 most often, followed by dirtbike, target shooting, and.. does welding count?

In the winter though, skitchin' on cars in town, and skiing whenever I can.

1. Can be either. To me, it's recreation, but PaintHappy's view of it is near-identical to my own. If you're playing for something other than enjoyment, it's sport.

2. Basketball, Football or Frisbee (yes, I said frisbee); the pickup games vary in sport from week to week...

1. Recreation (for me, sport for hardcore tourney people)

2. Playing guitar/bass guitar. More of a hobby than a recreational thing. I dabble in trap shooting but I don't really do it very much.
