I don't see why not, argon is inert. It all depends on the pressure that the tanks rest at, though.

OOh, OOh finally something I am an "expert" at, NO! Argon/CO2 mix otherwise known as 75/25 is used as shielding gas for mig welding. you can neither use it for TIG welding the receivers of your A5, or powering your markers efficiently. you will find your typical full tank of 75/25 at about 2500 psi

I have been told that argon is a dirty gas, now that was a long time ago but I have never heard different either.

As Ratfink said, 75/25 runs a relatively high pressure. Argon/CO2 is more like HPA than CO2 because the Argon/CO2 doesn't go into a liquid form when compressed under normal circumstances.

You might be able to fill a HPA tank with the 75/25, but that's moving into uncharted territory. Due to the cost of all the equipment involved I would recommend using the proper gasses if for no other reason than safety.

Chemical-X is certainly right. Because the gas mix is used for welding, it is considered and "industrial" grade gas, not very clean.
