ok i give up, how do you tell an 00 scepter from an 04 scepter kit?

edit: nvm i think from the new picture i can tell that it is an 04 kit.

Hi everyone

I searched every where but there isn't a simple thread comparing the 00 scepter kit to an 04 scepter kit. Will the 00 scepter kit look beveled at the end? is there any other way to tell?

most importantly: is this an 00 or 04 kit?
