Of course right now the only thing available are the spyder kit or the ion kit. Without resorting to a barrel adapter which kinda defeat the purpose of the insert, Should i get it rethread to cocker thread? I thought i saw something before, but i couldn't find anyone who does the barrel rethreading, any idea? Thanks |

Changing to cocker threading is possible but it involves maching off the Spyder threads and then pressing or glueing on a sleeve that is then machined for cocker threads. This can be done only because cocker threads are the largest diameter threads and stub of the various options and there's enough meat left on a sleeve after threading to not just fall apart. The cost for this would be up there though. I did one barrel that way and it was a lot of work.
