The guts are not interchangeable. You will not be able to put a rifle trigger on the Viper without some cutting. It's possible to do but it is not a simple swap. I got a hold of a Viper that was damaged. Then a made a stock for it along with a lot of other modifications.

Yes. They have the shorter hammers as opposed to the long KP hammers. The hammer chambers also differ in size accordingly.
Any Intimidator conversions may differ however.
