Smaller tanks are more difficult to fill since they warm up much faster (they have a much higher ratio of surface area to volume). Different pin valves will also allow different rates of flow. I have one tank that always fills slow because the pin valve doesn't open very far.

But the world is full of idiots.
I've seen MANY people "double up" the burst discs to prevent them from blowing.

That is really the scary thing!

Plus, even if the burst-disc does blow, many players will blame the field, and demand that it be replaced for free. This tends to lead to problems.
