A5 cyclone feed prob

I finally got the A5 out to try before CASTLE and I'm having some feed problems. The problem is that it will cycle and fire then not cycle the feeder but still fire. What is the trick that I don't know because I'm new to tippies? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

As an aside how do you adjust the velocity it's low. Could the velocity and the feed problem be related?

Thanks
Tug

It could. Look on the right hand side of the marker, you will see a allen screw. Turn to your right to turn it up, I think. Turning it out is up I know that.

You may have a bad cyclone feed. Is it new?
If not, the ratchets on these were known to have problems. Try the velocity first and we will go from there.

I'll check that, the A5 FAQ's on the Tippmann site also say it could be a low bottle. Since it's my last one that's partially full it'll have to wait until CASTLE. I may have to tweak it there.

The funny part is I got this as my main marker just for CASTLE and was going to run my dual bottle VM as a back up but after chronying them today it may be the other way around.

- could this be part of the curse?

Bad ratchet arm maybe? That would be the issue with mine.

Typically when you're getting low on air, the cyclone is the first thing to stop working.

A5's are kind of a gas pig, especially if you're running an RT.

Yeah, if you think your tank is low, that's probably it.
