| MCB Member | Well.. The standard kind are incredibly simple. One big screw holds the unit to the O ring on the scuba tank. There is a QD fitting for the tanks fill nipple, and a rotating purge knob. You turn on the scuba, fill the tank. Turn off the scuba, purge, remove tank. Super basic. It is hard to make it not work. I'd buy the cheapest one that looks like these Nitrogen Fill Stations at ActionVillage.com : Paintball
