so pretty much i have to loosen my velocity? or tighten it?

Loosen, so that means turning it out counter-clockwise from the front of the bolt.

try loosening it - My Trracers do this on me occasionally.

If that doesn't work (but I think it will) post again!

Try swithcing around the grip frame screws. If you have the back thumbscrew in the front, the gun wont cock.
