I am not looking for a 2-piece for a automag, if that is what you think, i am just looking at peoples response of it. I am curious.
Sorry about that, i didn't finnish it right. What i meant to say was that i am curios to see what is really a good barrel system for the price. My brother is about to spend a hundred somthing on a freak barrel system or somthing. That is when i told my self there has got to be somthing cheaper. So i asked.

Could this be because i was running low? And does co2 have a higher pressure than 3000 psi, If so do you think that could be what caused it? And if so, would it make a differance if i used my 4500 psi tank?

10. will a force feed hopper make a mag chop more often?
That's all for now!
9. Did you re-chronograph after switching from HPA to CO2?
In the heat of summer CO2 will be at higher and higher pressure. think around 1200psi, but the reg on your HPA tank probably has a fixed out put at around 850psi. So if you didn't re-chronograph after the switch, that is why you'd see a difference.

10. A force feed is probably a bit of overkill unless we're talking about a supped up E-mag. As for chopping paint, the answer is - maybe. It depends on how your bolt is set up and the rate of fire that you shoot, as well as the quality of the force feed.

I am going to buy a halo b for cheap off craigs list, And i am going to get a anti chop bolt of some sort also, probobly a lvl 10 but not sure yet. And i did not rechronograph it, so that was i think the problem. Thanks for the help!

Just a reminder then, always re-chronograph your marker when you switch air sources. Assuming your mag was shooting close to but below 300fps on HPA, when it switched to Co2 you began what we call "shooting hot", that would be greater than 300fps (or 280, 285... etc depending on the field's rules)

If you are just shooting around your back yard and don't have a chrono, then I highly recommend you put off on investing in anything else for the automag (like a forced feed hopper) until you or the group that you play with invests in one.

we were just playing in my back yard, and i just play with my brother and some friends. We don't really care if we get hit by a gun at just about any pressure. We might get angry at eachother if sombody does get too close, but we pull through. This is what makes my brothers friends able to buy marrauders and shoot up to 100+ feet accuratly. We also use monsterballs ( i know, worst on the planet), when we play we just say if we get hit. Nobody has ever gotton sivierly hurt, and when you live in a town with a pop. of 40-60 the police won't care if some kids are shooting at eachother in the woods.

Play safely or don't play at all. Go by a chrono.

You do realize that's extremely unsafe, I hope you wear a regulation paintball mask. seriously if you don't play safe don't play at all; Don't ruin the sport for all of us.

nobody has ever been hurt here, yesterday i was shot from 10 ft. away buy a phantom.
It is really not that bad, We still keep everything at a minimum. And i was exadurating when i said 100ft. with a murrauder. And we keep everything to a minimum. When we went to a field with our guns, (we had played a week before) Everybody's gun was within 15fps of the field regulation. We play safe enough, And i play with a mask, yes.
