Probably not with out modification. It looks like it replaces the grip mounting block (the part the grip attaches to is removable on a VM).

I'd guess it attaches on the back screw hole for the grip mounting block, and one of the screw holes for the trigger guard. Stock trigger just hangs down into the new space for it.

Its one of the later style Carter VM grips. ("Later" meaning mid 90s)

The earlier versions did not use the lonestar block mounts, but instead the rear trigger frame mount.

Like Fubarius said, hard to imagine another gun it could be used on because of the oddball VM trigger setup. THOUGH, Legion could likely fabricate some nelson sears that might fit inside that?
