| Sheridan Forearm Rod Length
I was wondering if the sheridan forearm rod's come in any sizes larger than 6 inches? Or is that the standard length? I ask because I have a PMI II and I believe that I need a longer rod because the pump, unfortunately, is hitting the df adapter which is welded on to the body and not allowing the bolt to cock properly. I wanted to use the speed demon bolt that I have instead of the stock bolt that's on the gun now. It appears the previous owner did a little modification to the old bolt to make it work.
The pump is metal and grinding it down to slide over that lip of the adapter is an option but I don't want to mod the pump if it's not necessary. Getting a longer rod would be the ticket unless someone can fabricate one for me.
Any ideas or suggestions?
