Yeah it is, he told me "He can refuse any tank he wants" I do understand that he doesn't want to be liable for anything and since he's never seen a small tank like this, I guess he doesn't know how safe it is. But on the other hand, it has all the markings it should, and standards are in place to make it safe. Seems kind of ignorant to me that some people, unless it's tournament gear or if its only stock that the store has, that they don't want to deal with anything else.

It took me years to convince several fields to fill those bottles. Carrying the DOT exemptions is one route to go, another is having Catalina tech department on speed dial. The absolute best was a guy that wouldn't do it until I gave him my business card. Apparently if you have a business card that makes you know more Anyway I also have a small supply of the correct labels for HPA bottles from Catalina.
