Need Suggestion For A New Gun

Right now, I have an A5 that I use (woodsball). I shoot like 30 rounds a game at max so I feel like I don't need the cyclone because it wastes gas. I'm now trying to decide what gun I should get. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

PS-please don't say the Tippmann 98 or Pro/Carbine, i've had both.

Tacamo AK47 if you like the mil-sim stuff.
MR series from Spyder.

Or get a pump.

I would try a pump, automag or a cocker if you haven't already, these are great for woodsball and are good choices if you don't tend to shoot much and are looking to get better accuracy and efficiency than your A-5, the automag won't get you better efficiency, though they tend to be gas hogs. I have used all of these and I find that I prefer them at times over my tippmanns. I would just advise to stick with mechanical guns over electros if it is for woodsball. Good luck with your search

If I were you I'd buy a tac cap for your A5 - holds just about 30 rounds exactly.
Besides, if you only shoot 30 rounds a game I doubt your gas consumption is very high.

If you want to go smaller, grab a basic Automag for about $100 and stick a pocket hopper on it. Not sure how gas efficiency stacks up against the A5 w/ Cyclone, though I would imagine it's a slight improvement.

The A5 with the tac-cap and a 3.5 oz screwed right into the tombstone is a lot of fun actually.

Don't get a Blazer. I used to have 8 nice markers, then I bought a Blazer. Now I have 8 nice paperweights and a Blazer.

I thought the A5 Cyclone just used wasted blowback gas?

Either way I agree with the Tac-cap suggestions. If you just want to try something new, I suggest an ATS marker. An AT-85 sounds like it would be right up your alley.

How much could I get a used AT-85 for?

hell yeah, ATS stuff is really cool.

25 rounds per clip - but you can put a hopper adapter clip in - so with a pocket hopper 50 would be pretty solid and still light weight.

Keep your gun. Wasting gas is an insult to Velcor. If you are only shooting 30 balls per game, you don't need to conserve gas.

If you want another gun, don't sell one you already love. Hoarde. Buy anything 3-letter, AKA, AGD, CCM, CCI, PPS, etc.,
