Lightning cocker, poorly made and with low tolerances. Worth it? meh, I'd pass on it.

I think its a superbolt, that being said I like superbolts for their weight (or lack of it) so it may just be me. The lightning is a bulkier body with different milling (so it looks like). But then again the pictures aren't the greatest.

As Brick said.....

The psychoballistic cockers are poorly made from the same design as the Dye cockers were. You might get lucky and get one that holds air properly. The pneus will need to be replaced, and I have heard of issues getting the valve to seat correctly after removing.
I second that for that price it would be best left alone.
