F-Series

I have recently come across an F-Series stock and trigger group. I have been receiving a lot of interest in these parts from several members, and I just wanted a little appraisal. The F-Series stock is in great condition and is unmolested at the moment, and I wanted to know an approximate value to one of these. My other question is, the trigger group that came on the gun, will that work with all these kp conversions and such? Thanks.

i've seen the stocks sell for $200 before.

yes, the trigger group(rocker style safety) from the old f-series will work.

I'll throw in my 2 bits

There have been 2 complete F-series on Gun broker that were linked on here. The really nice one went for $250, the good ones went for $210. I recently purchased a mint F-stock + trigger for $200 ($230 shipped). Compare that to the $300 to $450 that was happening 4 months ago.

Seeing as how the price on everything has gone down lately, it'd be interesting to see what you could get for a stock right now.

You could probably fetch double the price if you cut it down to a pirate stock

I dont honestly know, i think its mainly the novelty or the collectibility of having a K2 length instead of a KP, and since it seems alot of the K2 type markers on here are either turned into lever actions or updated bolt actions....
