Join Date: Feb 2008 Location: Edmonton, Alberta | I've done 2 orders through eye2eye (Legato has the results of one of them) Customer service is great, they are usually super quick to get back to you. One of my orders was during their site move, and communication was still good. Don't buy eye2eye's padding unless you live in a cold climate. It's a similar material to fleece.

| Spread The Virus  Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Hudson,MA   | I've ordered through Animal twice now and had no issues other than one slightly mis-sewn sleeve out of 14 Jerseys ordered...Which they not only fixed but,paid the return shipping on it

It took several proofs to pin it down and they had no issue with that. This is how fantastic their customer service is. When we ordered our jerseys what we wanted color wise and what we got were two very very different things. I was very upset to say the least. I called Mark at Eye2Eye and told him of my issue. Without ANY hesitation he fixed it. We shipped the old jerseys back, he remade the jerseys and shipped them to us. I was stunned. All I paid for was for shipping the old jerseys back. I know he did not make very much money on our order! I'll buy from Eye2Eye again. Also once you order, the order number is printed on the inside hem of the jersey and you can now order one at a time as you get more players or your current players sizes increase, LOL.

| Spread The Virus Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Hudson,MA | All I did was send the logos we wanted on them to Animal in the correct format,pick out the pattern of the jersey we wanted from their site and told them to pick the font that best goes with the HD in our logo....I'd say they came out pretty nice....here's a pic of the proof they sent me before the first order
