Who can work on a Nasty HT Valve?

It appears that the cup seal/valve has decided to die on the Project M NHT. At least that's what I think happened.

I had chrono'd the gun and set it down to await the start of the game. Suddenly there was a whooshing sound and CO2 was shooting out of both barrels. The area around the VA on the lower tube iced up before I could get the tank unscrewed.

So, I need someone I can send it to for the repair. I know that PPS can do the work, but can anyone else?

Unless you are all thumbs, I would suggest that you pull it apart and repair that yourself. As a pump gun, the internals could not be simpler and even the disassembly is no big deal.

Even I was able to do it.

There's lots of folks here who can help with step by step procedures and PPS themselves are surprisingly quite willing to play "Rampart" for over the phone help.

Good luck,
D

I may have to go ahead and order a valve tool from them.

Upon closer inspection, it appears that the leak is around the VA at the connection with the lower tube. Is there a seal in there? How does PPS attch the VA to the lower tube?

Thanks!
