Are Karnivor internals the same as any cocker?

I am going to acquire a Karnivor body with no internals. Does it use the same stuff as any post 2k cocker?

Yes and no.

The dimensions of everything are the same but they had a unique hammer assembly to go along with their unique back block. The cocking rod threads directly into the back block and inside the hammer is where the delay that is normally between the back block and cocking rod takes place.

So the hammer is slotted for a sliding cocking rod that threads male style into the back block.

Scammsville. If you plan on making it a gun with a back block than you need that hammer assembly and it will run you 30 plus and the other guy probably just sold it.

So if I midblock or half-block it, then I can use a regular valve and hammer?

Regular valve is always in place.

But yes. If you mid or half block it then you will use a slotted hammer like any mid or half block.
