Is this a SI Bushmaster?

I think thats what they are called, Line SI or the other way around. The only markings on this marker is "TEAM AGS". and on the handle in a circle is says "POWERLINE 1200". Any info would be great. Also a value on the marker too if you can. As you can see from the pictures its not in great shape.

Not a Line SI
However, it is a nelson based gun just like the SI's were. I cannot remember who made the powerlines.
