Smallest ID one-piece barrel you've seen.

Based on CP and my testing I've been shooting the smallest barrels I can for a while now.

What's the smallest one-piece barrel you've run into? the smallest CP makes is .685 - same with PPS. Dye goes down to .684.

Does anyone know if there's a .682 or smaller one-piece available?

I seem to remember some .681s a few years ago. I can't recall if they were sold as that but they were pretty damn small. I'll see if i can grab a link or some more info. This was probably around 2004 or so.

LAPCO made Picoshots which were 682.

CP and I are looking for barrels to put into our accuracy test (as I posted on the PPS barrel thread). We're looking for loaners - or if they're reasonably prices we'll buy them.

I would love to have more matches for the freak kit in one-piece barrels. I think it would help if we had some hard data about one-piece v kit, but finding small one-piece barrels is pretty tough. We've got piles of .685-.693 barrels, but only the CCM and freak kit for small stuff.

Yep... best SUPER-SMALL bore one-piece barrel out there. Gundrilled .682 Lapco Pico Shots. I have two.

The smallest one piece barrel I had was an old J&J brass for a stingray. Never knew the exact size, but except durring the winter I could barely squeeze a ball into it.

I'm sure that you could special order a small bored Palmer's barrel for a little more than a regular sized one. Not sure if price is a huge issue.

I have an AA in .679, but technically, its a 2 piece, even though you wont take them apart any time soon.

I seem to recall an aftermarket barrel made by Sheridan for the XTS series being .681 or something, it was 14 inches long, but had the same appearance as the 12 inch shiny silver XTS barrel...i dont have it anymore since it was one of the items stolen from my car in 2004 (along with a highly modified M98....that had a palmer stab, and a bunch of goodies, a blessing in disguise, after that, i stopped buying new-in-box stuff, bought used or refurbished all the way)

I've got a spyder barrel in .679... It's a silver/green wash, very plain, spiral ported.
