How much are used scuba tanks worth nowadays?

Hey guys,
My buddy has a two scuba tanks and is wondering what they're worth.
They're 80ci aluminum tanks. They both have K valves on them with valve protectors. One has a boot, the other boot split.

Always stored with some air pressure to prevent moisture from entering the tanks.

you can buy a new one for $125-150 so, if they're out of hydro and need a VIP sticker - $50 less than that.
