| Active Member Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Indianapolis, IN | AKA Sidewinder Question/Problem so i had my aka sidewinder reg on my broke promaster and i just put it on my pm6 tonight, but after i screwed it on, it sounded like there was something loose in the reg. Like it sounds like like coins, just trying to describe the sound it makes when you move it up and down. Do you think its ok to play with? I need to open it up i suppose, but its a pain and dont have a vise handy. please let me know. thank you

| MCB Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: The District Outskirts | That's the Belleville washers inside, moving slightly. If its a little movement it is not a big deal, but if you can literally hear them moving up and down and the sound is rather loud, it might be worth taking it apart and making sure they all are aligned properly. You can look in the "weep" hole and see them. They shouldn't move all that much, if at all. |
