Advice for dimpled balls

Got done with our little paintball training on the cruiser and I ended up taking all the extra paint home that the rec committee paid for. Only problem is that the paint is really dimpled rec ball stuff. I really hate to throw 2 cases of paint away but is there any way to get dimples out of paintballs? The paint is PMI Rampage. I guess I can always keep it for the next trip out to Spokane.

Not really, your best bet is just to use it for screwing around paintball. Lol, just control yourself.

I've heard of some home remedies, but I suck at remembering non-useless things

I have used the hot shower open bag trick to fix paintballs.

Basicly, open up all the bags while you take a hot shower. the steam will get into the bag and "Plump" up the paintballs. It has worked to restore some pretty bad paint for me!

just be sure to close the bags after your done and move the balls around in the bag too while your at it.

oddly enough I just found a new technique for removing demples just tonight. It was "Karnage" paint and it had a lot of demples, at least 1 big one per ball. But I found by throwing it as hard as I could straight to the ground the impact would force the fill to push on the shell and it would push the demples out.

it's very sad but it is true.
