Well, "WAP" Paintball is a field, "Wild Action Paintball" if i recall, and, i have seen those regs....new, about....3 years ago, maybe two. One of my buddies bought one at a big game, had nothing but issues with it. I think hes using it as a leg on his Ikea couch. I cant recall who makes it though....

The Auction says the brand is Category 5 . I dont think they are in business anymore. If you Google Category 5 paintball, pbreview.com comes up and the manufacturers link is dead. They made these adjustable drops : Category 5 Products Pivotal Drop Forward | Paintball Review | pbreview.com |

I think that might be the exact same reg as I have. It looks identical at least. That only raises further questions about my tank however. It has no manufacturer label on it. If the regulator is cheap and chinese how safe could the tank be... ![]() Edit: The reg works however. It hasn't exploded on me after about 20 or 30 games. And on further inspection the warning on this tank reads "Aluminum High Pressure Gas Cylinder." But it is clearly steel. It had better be steel... Well, I was both ignorant and tired when I posted that. I was under the impression that stainless steel was used for compressed air because it was more structurally sound than aluminum. And when I recognize my regulator and the phrase "chinese knock off" in the same sentence I start to worry. Yeah, it is aluminum. I don't know who made it still, but I am fairly sure that it's not going to blow up in my face. |
