pmi gti

working on a pmi/piranha gti for a buddy he wants to change to an eforce frame. when i attach the grip it will not come together completly. after looking at it the valve screw is sitting below the body i did change valves and his valve will not seal properly. i even changed the valve screw and again no seal. i had read there were problems with the gti body is there away around this or do we just find a new body. any help would be appreciated

...Seems to me, the easy solution, would be to put the old Valve back in, would it not? Replace the O-Rings on the valve, make sure it has a new cup seal. It will be fine. Ive never noticed a huge improvement with after market valves for PMI's, Spyders or Spyder clones to actually warrant replacing it.

as i said before the original valve is the only one that seels i changed the o rings, cup seal all that the problem is the valve screw sits too far out of the body to allow the frame to sit flush on the body

PT,
Some of the old piranha valves had holes of two different sizes. One is the air outlet and one is the set screw location point. Check that.
