I used to sell M3/Dragun products.

They produced a dedicated mechanical dragunfly.

They were horrid. Cheap chrome plating was one of the main problems I saw. Not very interchangeable with other cockers and spyder barrel threaded.

However, the mech. dragunfly was awesome compared to most of the electro dragunflys...

That one looks particularly weird...check out the three way hoses. They're disconnected, and I don't see any barbs for them to connect to.

I can't say enough bad about Dragunfly markers. They are the worst marker I have personal experience with. My brother bought 3-4 brand new Dragunfly electro cockers to re-sell and use as loaners. They did not work out of the box, mostly because the pneumatics were complete garbage. He replaced the lpr regs on all of them with WGP units to get them shooting, but he had some switch problems too. They also look and feel exceedingly cheap overall. If memory serves they were threaded for spyder barrels, but I may be wrong on that point. Anyway, they are not 100% cocker compatible. I can't believe how much that one sold for, someone will be disapointed.

We usually called those "NottaCockers" or non-WGP Cocker-clones "Fockers." As in "Fake cockers."

russc - My bet is that the barbs are either removed or broken in the switch.
