What are the best possible internals to use when Making a Spimmy? I already Know Palmers is the route for regs but what about the rest of the internals?

Any prefrances and why?

there all the same. I just like get the nemisses ram from Airsolders. The ram comes complete. less fittings i think. so all you need after that is the niod regs and valve spring and frame.

I priced getting the ram setup off ebay. after getting all the parts and shipping your only saving a buck or 2. So Airsolders is just a better choise and less hassle.
