Pre-dye Carter grips? (pic inside)

Anyone know if there's a specific kind of grips the carter pre-dye humpback gripframes take? Or maybe a nice set of panels? The wraps put my wrists in an awkward place due to the hump.

Here is a picture of the humpback grips for those who aren't familiar.

thanks,
Rayn

I thought the Dye stickies would have been perfect for the "Hump" all along. Guess I was wrong? But then again, this is just a matter of personal prefference.
How's about a nice Highbrid Gangsta wrap sound to ya?

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

If I remember correctly he was slapping some Hogue grips on them. The slide frames that mimic'd the Duck trigger frames still had Pachmayer Signature grips with the front panel sliced off.

BTW: This was all before his move to SD.

Thanks for the suggestions guys!

Shiba - Yeah it has a set of Hogue wraps right now. Looking in your gallery at your SC duck, and a buzzard slider grip frame, I have the same hump back shape. I'll look at Pachmayr grips. Thanks.

Pachmyer grip pannels work well or custom hump back grips.

The problem is the the DD is too thick (because it hold the C02 powerlet) to easily accept a wrap around style grip. That's the reason Dave Loo started taking an razor blade to the front strap.

My Carter Comp has custom micarta panels that a friend made for me. Plus since I checkered the frame I didn't want to cover it with a wrap around grip.
