Tiberius T8.1

I was looking at the T8.1 and I like it but was wondering if you could get a car stock for it like on the T9 model? I didnt want all the extras that come on the T9 and it does not appear that the T9 stock fits the T8.

I'm curious about this too as I want a First Strike capable marker but don't need all the junk that adds to the price of the T9.1.

I'd get a T8.1, put a stock and a sight on it and use that as my long-range gun.

for the cost of the opsgear shroud, you could get a t9 instead of t8

theres a CQB version of the T9 ....carstock but no forward shroud and all the rest..... i think

T9 CQB - not equipped for First Strike rounds.

I'm not sure if that shroud will fit the T8.1, ask them or maybe try it (but the $ cost if it doesn't work...). You could wait for the T9.1 (which will arrive sometime later).

Maybe though you do have an option with the T8.1, there is the option to accept a remote line, which means there is a threaded plug (or something) on there (somewhere). Depending on where it is, what size it is and your budget you might be able to get some kind of a mounting bracket made for it that can accept a stock (and possibly a scope).

You might also be able to have something made that will mount to the under-barrel rail and allow a stock to be added.

I realize that this is a regular Tiberius and I do not know from Tib 8.1's.

thats a tib 8 with a t9 valve/backblock. Often called a t 8.5, and I don't beleive they were ever sold, just built.

I have heard rumors you can sometimes but a t9 backblock from TA, but just rumors.
