Oh cool, I didn't realize you were in BC. I rotate fields, but my home is North Shore Paintball in North Vancouver. I'm not a huge tournament player, but you probably went up against a few guys I know in Calgary!

If you get a Nelson spring kit for a Phantom you will be able to use those hammer springs. There can be a chance that with a maxed out bolt setting you could run into a problem with the spring being too long. This would prevent the hammer sear from engaging well or at all. If this happens you just need to back down the bolt turns.

Thanks gumby, good advice. I have talked to LT and he will through another spring in with my next order so hopfully that will cure the problem. If theres anything else you think i should know about my ats please fill me in. Its nice to get a heads up on potential issues that may arise.

When I first got my ATS couple of years ago, it appeared that I had the same issues. When I had low velocity, I bought a nelson spring kit below. The springs were a little long so I had to cut a little bit. But the red spring with velocity adjusted to the max, I was able to get a sizzling 345 fps. It was crazy!!! Silver one is the stock spring.
