To me, the T-stock looks pretty shoddy on this marker. Ideally, I'd like to get a nice solid stock, to make the marker look a bit more like the HK91/93. Unfortunately (#1) the closest thing I've found thus far is this: T68 SR16 Solid Stock (Pro) which is a gas-through solid which looks pretty nice. However, I'm not sure if it will fit on the ASA of the AT-85. Anyone have any insight or experience with the T68s and/or accessories? Unfortunately (#2) my AT-85 has the angled ASA, so I'm wondering if it will even look good on the marker. As far as I've been able to tell, the only way to get a straight ASA is to replace the entire receiver, which is a little pointless and at that point I may as well have bought a new marker package. Anyone had any experience with ASA conversion or using the more mil-sim stocks on an angled ASA? Thanks for the info.. |

| Every Dog has its Day | What you could do.... Get the stock you want. It looks like a full stock so you could first buy an ASA adapter to a braided stainless steel line with a male quick disconnect fitting on the end of the line. Then you take the stock which is hollowed out and just slip it over the plumbing and bolt it on somehow. Or you could take a full stock, plumb the line through it and do the same last step. Try UMS. He/they can do it probably. |

| 1-866-MEAT-4-YU Join Date: May 2007 Location: Binghamton NY | And uh..who would do that, and about how much does it run? My ASA is actually kinda honked up anyway (previous owner apparently decided to tighten the T-stock nut with a torque wrench or something, it's clocked about 15 degrees). I tried to contact ATS about a rebuild, and was never able to reach them via phone or email, so I ended up going to Northern Command (good service by the way), but he told me it was going to be almost $200 for a new receiver. Not exactly what I wanted to do with an eBay marker... |
