Bolt Seal?

Silly question, but when putting on a new bolt seal, does the flat part go on the rear against the bolt, or the front against the ball?? It seems to fit both ways, but isn't very secure either way.

flat part goes against the face
and use loctite 410 to secure it

Thanks, that was fast...that's what I expected but unfortunately no loctite right now, so I'm gonna try a little krazy glue and hope for the best.

well good luck too ya on the crazy glue, i heard throu the grapevine that it might work.

loctite 410 is too expensive and too hard to find anyways
