| Doc Nickel modded up a drum type loader built around an AT clip a few years back. I'll see if I can dig up the pic of it when I get home.

| Uh...like the Tippmann SMG60/68? I maintain that's the best possible way, with good QC and tolerancing of parts, to load paint without chops. The only force on the paint is the air blowing it out the clip/barrel; no gravity, no bolt pushing it around, no agitator/belt/paddles/chain, no need for eyes, etc. Too bad Tippmann never refined that design, I imagine a 50 or so round drum or box fed system with flexible links would have been very popular. |

| I believe it was a joke picture. The one I'm thinking of was made from a plastic jar a least a gallon in size that was attached to the Magazine/gun. The chain wouldn't dip deep enough to grab more than a few paintballs. |

| Working on it, just back in town from a game in South MS last night ( I live in South TX ). I'll get it today when I get home. Weltman - when Doc made the thing, he never hinted that this was a joke. He seemed dead serious about it.

| Any thoughts on using a loader box attached to an ATS Mag like this guy did with his RAP4? Custom made ammo box for Rap4 Gen4 I think It would need to attach to the marker body for stability. |

| Well here it is. I remember when Doc Nickel made this a few years back, he was dead serious about it. He wanted to find a way to feed more ammo onto the clip. Don't know ultimately what happened to this project. Second series of pics is a backpack feed system a guy named Bridger on the original ATS (then the TS-1) owners group made. Looks like he used a spa hose, with a regulator and CO2 tank to push the balls down the tube. Don't know how he controlled the flow rate though.

| You can see what remains of the Tsoog. I haven't been there in many years and it's probably not active. Customizing the TS-1 Select At any rate many of the old designs and ideas can be found here or in the links. But no I don't believe that Docs bucket loader ever worked or at least worked well, joke or not. I'm sure someone could ask him if they wanted to. |

| I love the "candy box" look of Docs loader. Anyone know of a portable, solenoid/regulator combo for a co2 based loader setup? All the ones I've seen appear to require substantial current to operate and look bulky as heck. |
