Getting in contact with ATS

I've been trying to get in contact with ATS for over 2 weeks now. I've left several messages, but have heard nothing.

3 weeks ago I actually made it through to a live person and ordered (supposedly) a new AT4. However, since then I've heard nothing. My credit card has not been charged and I'm beginning to wonder if it was actually taken at all. I'm not exactly sure if I should keep trying to get back to them or try ordering an AT4 from another vendor such as AddictedtoPaintball and Northern Command, or simply buy one off ebay.

Obviously the last thing I want is to buy an AT4 somewhere and end up with 2. Are there any specific times that people actually work there? Any help is appreciated.

ATS is moving away from direct sales, I keep them pretty busy as well as everything else that is going on there. They get pretty busy and are very hard to get ahold of.

ATS is great for service but go through Northern Command for retail, parts/supplies/etc. Not a slight against ATS but I've had a much better experience making purchases through NC PB then going direct.

Sorry Anthony things have been busy lately. Your order is currently pending. We have a large government order that is requiring pretty much most of our resources, your order actually went into the system after it but I will try and get it done before. One problem will be the CAR stocks. Everyone that normally supplies them to us is back-ordered and expects to be out until May. Email me directly at rlussier@getrealpaintball.com and we can get your order resolved.
