Can't reach Getreal

So I thought I'd try here. I sent my AT-85 in and I was just wondering if there is an ETA. I tried emailing them using the email on their website, and then I tried using an email Gumby posted here, both times without response.

Help!

Yeah I'm nearly impossible to get a hold of unless you know my cell. I've been in back most of the day but you caught me at a good time. I just pulled your gun on to my bench to take a look at it. At first glance the piston has failed. The seal inside is loose, this is preventing it from holding pressure. I'm going to go back and run it through its' paces and if all holds well it will be on it's way back to you tomorrow.

Hey, is it possible to get it sent to a different address? I want it to go to a friend for use during a scenario game.

Is that the reg piston?
