Question Carrying ATS magazines in the Field

I'm just curious how you guys carry you magazines on the playing field. I want to try using only the magazines rather than a hopper. Traditional paintball vest obviously aren't suited since they are made for pods. A belt of some kind would be preferable. So what does everyone use?

I just got one of these from Northern Command and love it. It fits 2 Mags OR 2 Forward Loaders. Heavy duty black cordura. Fits on a belt or onto molle.

I wish I could get the motivation to buy a bunch of clips. Just cant knowing that I would be spending more than the gun. I hope sometime in the future they will become cheaper. all clips, that would be the way to do it! I would go with onecaribou's choice. Man It would be sweet to get a all ATS team together and go wreck shop!

Hey folks,

Gumby is the man when it comes to the ATs. I am almost positive that all he has to do is lay hands on them and they magically work again.

Yes, a scenario team running ATS is a sight to be seen, and it is SO fun to run in the middle of. When 4 of us did a Mad Minute both sides (them and our kids) hit the ground thinking we were doing a Live Fire exercise.

I use a Real-steel Tac Tailor combat assault vest with magazine pockets designed for M16/AR15 magazines. The AT magazines fit perfect in there. Also if you are a fan of the forward loaders, then the forward loaders fit perfectly in those pockets too. Nowadays it is harder and harder to find, but the old pod carriers designed for the old 100 ball pods are also perfect for the forward loaders. The 150 carriers are too big and the loaders slip out.

Hope this helps.
