5-second grip question.

Do AT-10s take the same grip frames as Phantoms? If so, are they, as I suspect, the same mount as an actual AR-15?

Although I can't recall exactly, I believe you are correct on both points. I'd get a second opinion though.

I've put a phantom 45 frame block on my TS-1, so yes to the first part, pretty much sure that would be a yes for the 2nd part.

Yes to all. I tried DYE Stickies on mine for a bit, but I can't even describe how wrong it felt. It was a weird experience - I got over it and slapped on some Hogue palmswell panels.

Ok, now I just need to find a pair of grips that balance well in one hand.

And I didn't think you could go wrong with Stickies...

I suggest Lonestar grips like you see on VM-68s and 68-Specials. The M-16 grips that Phantoms use have a hump that sticks out under your middle finger, and some people find it uncomfortable. The Lonestar grips do the same thing to help support your hand (at least that's how I find they feel) but are a bit more comfortable.
