AT4 barrels are officially the best :)

I have an AT4 barrel on my at85, it accepts the Apex tip with no modifications at all, and it is a very tight fit, I went through 500 rounds and didn't notice it sliding off at all

Plus, I can slide it off and slide on my raincover with no problems at all

Oh happy day!

Unfortunately doesn't work with AT85 barrel

I'm sure you could mod it to, but I'm lazy

Oh! Currently in talks with Noxx to see about a custom run of loudners for apex tips! Let me know if you're interested, he's not sure how plausible it is yet, but he's going to look into it!

Talked to NOXX, gotta run my apex tip to him, but he says it is completely doable and cost for a apex NOXX BOXX will be about $40. Let me or noxx55 know if you are interested! It will cover the apex tip, but have a slot so you can adjust the backspin. He says you will probably have to sand off the "sight" at the front of the tip though.

He's been busy with his "other job" lol, anyway, finally got an answer from him, payment would not be due until you are ready to buy, he's not making you pay up front for them. Hope that answers your question!

Is this the Apex tip alone that rap4 sells as a thread on option or did you remove the tip from your a5 barrel? I'm looking to see if it'll fit on the at85 standard barrel but can't seem to find any information on it yet. Did you just force fit yours on?

Yes, it will slide right on the at4 barrel as long as you have either a tape mod or you cut down some PVC (my favorite method). It does not fit on the standard at85 barrel
