Kapp Hammer?

Is the Kapp hammer a decent hammer? I don't know what my other choice is but I do know I just got this one in the mail.

Nothing wrong with them

will it fit my eclipse valve well? I am just trying to make this my baby build.

Fit your valve? There's no fitting to be done. It barely even touches it. The hammer strikes the valve pin. You won't have any issues.

sorry by fit I meant will it work well or highlight the features of the eclipse valve, I have heard they are fairly good.

For the most part a hammer is a hammer. Nothing special. It matters more what springs you use. If you use a light hammer spring or a very stiff valve spring. You might want a heavier hammer. That's pretty much the only thing that matters.

Yeah it's actually a very nice hammer. Most hammers lose a little weight by adding nylon set screws, but the KAPP hammer is actually heavier than most other hammers. It also comes with a nice polished square hammer lug. The only thing it lacks is a dimple in the front.

However, I wouldn't spend the money on the Eclipse/Belsales valve. They are basically just stock valves. The Palmer LT valve is around the same price and will give you a lot more performance. Even the ANS valve is better than the Belsales.

Also saying.... the stock cocker valve is pretty good as well.
