Trilogy vs regular cockers

Ok guys im not new to autocockers but it has been some time since iv owned one, iv heard people bash the trilogy cockers, why is that are regular cockers really that much better, im not loking to change a whole bunch of parts or try to build some crazy cocker, i just want an autococker, i do know that you cant adjust the LPR on them, you can but its a pain in the ***, and i could care less about haveing to fiddle with tuning the 3 way, hell i probably wont even mess with the springs as iv gotten lazy over the years and i just want to play

Trillys use Merlin valves. Palmer makes an lpr for them. TechT offers an adjustable timing rod if you want to fine tune timing. Trinity offers a clamping feedneck. Yes it adds a little bit to the height. I have 2 Trillys on steroids. As well as a bunch of "normal" cockers and a few Merlins.

Trilogy bodies are kinda junky compared to normal 'cockers. The have extrusion marks and the ano is not always great.

I mean, WGP made them to save money and sell a cheaper Autococker. They're just fine.

You are right. I forgot about the silver one. I can't remember what color the other one is. I think (?) they use standard cocker threaded feednecks.

.
They're actually forged, not extruded. No way they could be extruded with the integrated VASA. In any case, I will agree that the bodies aren't perfect. There are always little imperfections around the feedneck and VASA.

All that said, Trilogies are the ideal cocker for someone in your situation; someone who wants to shoot an autococker but not have to worry about all the tuning. I will also add, as one of the internet's biggest Trilogy apologists, that my Trilogy, with some tuning, shot better than any other cocker I've ever shot, including Cold Fusions and original Shocktechs. They are easily the best shooting gun you can get for the price, and you still have a ton of room to upgrade them if you so choose.

TL;DR, Trilogies are awesome guns. Anyone who says otherwise is a complete moron.
