my nelspots wiggle a bit. i one ball people just fine. it's meant to be detachable, it can't really not wiggle and plus both parts are anchored by screws.

I was concerned too at first, but then I put it together and started shooting it... and it rocked.

Thoughts about updated pump handle style?

larger diameter for more grip, few less grooves for a more shotty grip appearance, nice curvy blend at the back instead of a step. I want something classy and functional like the original while being even more appealing (and not adding unecessary cost).

Just a thought, can you match the 12gram knob knurling and the front thumb screw?
Might look good, might look like crap.

I like the smooth corners as opposed to the original's hard angles and edges.

not sure what ya mean about the knurling? if you mean on the pump handle, not a good idea... pretty much impossible to make diamond knurl on delrin anywhere near as classy as the threaded finish:

i think he just wants the knurling patterns on the 12g knob and thumb screw to match in order to look neater.

can you take advantage of the bigger new pump arm to fabricate some kind of sleeve anchored to the body so that any friction is between the sleeve and pump arm?

Ah okay. Yeah Heinous got what I meant but I just had to ask.

Another thought since it's still just messing with the images-What if the front of the pump handle had the same "slope" as the rear of it?
Just thinking of making it more holster friendly. Pretty much every pump handle catches and I thought what if you made one that didn't?

I don't like the curve at the back of the pump handle, I'd rather there be a step from the larger diameter of the pump handle to the smaller diameter of the "arms"
