Not a fan of that new pump handle style. Basic is fine by me.

Also disappointed in the tolerances but what can you expect after 3(?) runs through the bath. In for a penny at this point so I shall take the mfgs word that they are not adversely affected. That's what I get for not going with my gut and sticking to basic black!

I just got in on the gunmetal pre-order. And while I'm a little disappointed about the looser tolerances, I did buy my spot already knowing the situation. So that says something about me, at least.

I'm confident that if Josh thought it was a problem he'd just outright manufacture a new set of valves to be anodized. In a way I'm buying based on that confidence.

I think my R7 will be awesome, and I can't wait for the duckbox kits!

THE-SHOOTIST Anyone chubbin' like me for this?
mailmanmike Since Monday! That's more than 4 hours though, so according to those cialis ads I should see my doctor.
tlane77 I think for a non-chemical chubby it's 6 hours before its time to see a doctor. So you should be good for another couple hours.
splattttttt I wasn't goin to google "chubbin" because I assumed it had to do with fat. The lard type, not the fun stuff. But what ever feelings Jeff's experiencing, then they must be of the fun like stuff...
tlane77 He's got a woody for your woods.

I want tomorrow to happen already, so that later in the week can happen, so that I'll be two R7s richer...

Oh joy... more problems with the guns... just what I wanted to read. Not. I for one was looking forward to the .675 stock barrel bore, as super small bore paint is about all I ever see around here anymore. Sure I ordered the zero barrel option also, but that was just to have some variety... two barrels in .680 is less useful than one in .675 and one in .680. As to the wobble of the valve body, is this a wobble you can hear?

stamping and shipping starts in the morning

Dee: sorry bud, we're doing the best we can with em. Will try to get some more barrels made in .675 down the road for those that want em. the valve to receiver "wobble" isn't actually a wobble of the valve body, the valve body is stationary. it's a wobble of the back of the receiver, if you push on it/wobble it with your fingers. in no way does it affect the functionality, it just means the receiver isn't as tight a fit to the valve body as was intended. several easy ways to correct it, we will look at those options tomorrow.
