R7 generations

Up to what number are the first generation serial numbers, second generation?
And what are the problems if any, or refinements found in later gens?

the first gen go to number 11 I believe with 1 or 2 prototypes with no numbers.
Second gen are 12 thru 50 I think.

first gen are actually all numbered (in "spelled" form with letter punches), Eleven was the first prototype. all prototypes are actually numbered BTW, the only guns that aren't numbered were accidental or assembled from seconds, and not intended for sale.

second gen are all hand stamped with number stamps.

third gen are machine numbered near the front of the frame. also there are technical differences between the generations which easily identify them.
