At it again (the Unfit to Own a Timmy thread)

I made a post last year about fixing a 2k2 Dragon Timmy for a local at our field.
I broke his 2k2 Timmy. Help please.

Today he showed up and well, for lack of a better work, destroyed the gun. I was out playing a game, and I went back up to the pro shop. Someone pulled me aside because I fix most of the guns around. "Hey man," they said, "(so-and-so)'s Intimidator is broken. Can you take a look at it?"
"Sure, ok."
*someone hands me the gun and my eyes widen*
The ram was sticking out the back. The back barb was completely sheared off. I was told they had been trying to pull very hard to get the ram out the back. My eyes continued to widen, and I yelled to the guys in back who created this mess, "IT'S NOT A ****ING SPYDER YOU DON'T YANK THIS **** OUT THE BACK DAMNIT"

I told him I'd take it home with me and look at it over the week.

Anyway, I now sit here with half a bottle of tequila and an Intimidator I'm afraid to open. It's going to be a rough evening. My hopes aren't high for this poor gun.

^^^ the sleeve. The part that has external barbs.

Well it's apart now. The front o-ring on the ram (external tube) is totally destroyed. The back barb is totally destroyed. Other than that I can't see any other immediate damage. The ram is being stubborn so I need to figure out how to safely remove it. Off to research.

I wasn't there when it happened so I can only speculate.

And drink.

edit- it comes out about 1/3 of the way. I don't want to force it, do I?

edit 2- I could use a wooden dowel from the front to 'pound' it out the back. Probably a bad idea, yes?
